2.When you are done adding items to your shopping cart,
proceed to the check out area (view order). If you are
satisfied with what is listed continue filling out the order form.

3. When you come to the billing information you can select
 "Ship upon receipt of check"

5.Proceed to the end of the order process and print out the
confirmation page which will look similar to this.

Print 2 copies (if you have a printer, if not please make sure your
order number is on your check. The order number begins with ehms1
is on your conformation page.

Mail your check made out to:
 Elite Home Medical Supplies
(include your order number on the check)

And mail to with a copy of your order to:
